Our January demonstrator will be Masazumi Hirota, owner of Hitachiya USA, a company that specializes in the sales and servicing of Japanese knives. Masazumi-san will be demonstrating the tools and techniques to keep your bonsai knives and tools, sharp and well maintained. <\/span><\/p>\n
