Here on the coast we are getting early morning fog and clouds followed by late afternoon clouds pushing in from the ocean. With the cooler temperatures the insects are increasing and the development of fungus problems increase.\u00a0A solid spraying routine should be started and following throughout the summer. Look out for slugs and snails and the ever increasing grasshopper and leaf hopper populations. Finishing up repotting and pruning of your deciduous trees as the leaves and branches harden.<\/p>\n<p>I want to thank all the teachers who helped with the Hermosa Hermanos workshop this past month, all the students were excited and thrilled with the work. Thank you Bob, Dan, Mark, Jason &amp; Alyssa, Kevin, Norman, John, Dan &amp; Wanda, Bill, Dave, Rudy, Freddy, Mary, Barry, and Michael.<\/p>\n<p>Our demonstrator this month is Barefoot Bonsai Stand Maker Mr. Ken Bross.
